These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wheelies website. You accept and agree to the content of these Terms and Conditions by visiting the Wheelies website or by placing a telephone order. Wheelies reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The website and products are provided by Wheelies Direct as part of the Performace Cycling Group. The registered address for Wheelies Direct is Icknield Street Drive, Washford West, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B98 0DE. Wheelies Direct is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 3398601, its VAT number is 484 5446 17.
Availability and pricing
The Wheelies teams aim to provide you with accurate details, descriptions, images and prices on our website. Wheelies reserve the right to correct and update any information, errors or omissions at any time without prior notice and also reserve the right to refuse any orders that may have been placed that contain errors or inaccuracies of any kind. In circumstances where prices differ to those displayed, a Wheelies Customer Service representative will inform you before dispatching your order and you will have the option to continue with or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order. Should any payment have been taken for the goods you will receive a full refund.
All products displayed are subject to availability. A Wheelies Customer Service representative will inform you as soon as possible should any goods you have ordered have become unavailable or be delayed. All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notification.
Prices and availability quoted on any printed material (including, but not limited to, catalogues, flyers, 3rd party publication advertisements) are correct at time of publishing and are subject to availability and price changes. All product prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs (if applicable) are visible in the basket.
Orders & Delivery
Your order is an offer to purchase product(s) from Wheelies. You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order after you have placed an order with us. This email is an acknowledgement and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Wheelies retain the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order.
Acceptance of your order will take place when your payment is processed and the order has been dispatched.
Wheelies offer Free UK Delivery on all orders, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and delivery normally takes 2-5 working days unless stated differently on the relevant product page. Free UK Delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Shipping costs outside the UK will vary, for more details please visit our Orders and Delivery page.
At Wheelies we guarantee to only send you quality products and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send our goods out to ensure they are in perfect condition. We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way to you. However, should you need to return an item, Wheelies offer an outstanding 365 day returns policy as well as free returns on smaller parcels up to 10kg (Cabin baggage dimensions). At Wheelies, we believe that your personal privacy is important and we are committed to keeping your data protected. Our Privacy Statement sets out our current policies and practices which are all in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Promo Code Rules
Wheelies promo codes are redeemable online only and only one promo code can be used per customer per transaction. Wheelies hold the right to change or withdraw a promo code at any time. Individual promotions may have additional rules, see below for more details.
- Clearance promotions are applicable only to items that are listed in the Warehouse Clearance section of the Wheelies site. Brand exclusions do not apply to these items.
- The newsletter sign-up discount is for use by first-time customers only.
In the event that you wish to return an item purchased with a promo code, refunds will only be given for the total amount paid after the promo code discount was been applied. If a promotion requires a minimum spend and a returned item then reduces the order value below this minimum spend threshold, then your refund will void the use of the promo code and you cannot receive that discount.
At present, promo codes cannot be redeemed on mobile.wheelies.co.uk. If you have any further questions regarding Wheelies promo codes do not hesitate to get in touch.
Promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with Insurance Vouchers.
Unfortunately the following brands excluded from promotions: Altura, Bianchi, Brooks, Cannondale, Cube, Endura, Fox Clothing, Fox Racing Shox, Felt, Garmin, Genesis, Giant, GoPro, Lapierre, Madison, Marin, Mondraker, Nukeproof, Ohlins Racing, Powertap, Ridgeback, Saracen, Scott, Specialized, Topeak and Yeti.
Promo code offers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers
Offers and promotions
Wheelies may run multiple promotions at any given time. Each promotion will be subject to its own rules which must be met in order to be redeemed in the checkout. In addition to the individual promotion rules the following rules also apply:
- Website offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with existing insurance/staff discounts or vouchers.
- Where an online customer is eligible for specific insurance/staff discounts or insurance vouchers, and also wishes to apply an additional offer or promo code during checkout, only the higher of the two will apply. Please contact Wheelies on 01792 583000 for further details
- Where a customer is eligible for specific insurance/staff discounts the option to pay for the order on Finance is withdrawn (baskets are only eligible for purchase on Finance at the prices stated on our website)
- By taking part in a Promotion you give Wheelies permission to add you to their marketing database. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time in the footer of each email newsletter
How do I purchase a gift voucher?
Wheelies E-Gift Vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100 denominations.
To buy a gift voucher simply select your chosen value and design, checkout and purchase in the same way as any other order.
Once you have placed the order the gift voucher will be emailed to the email address supplied at checkout. The voucher can then be easily printed out and given as a present or emailed as an instant gift.
How do I use my gift voucher?
In the basket where it says ‘Do you have a gift voucher?’ enter your Voucher code and click ‘Apply’. The voucher amount will now appear in your basket, discounting your Total Price. You need to use the full value of the voucher in the same transaction.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions:
- Gift vouchers can currently only be redeemed at www.wheelies.co.uk.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept gift vouchers on our mobile site or phone orders.
- No cash alternative can be provided.
- If you wish to return an item that was purchased using a gift voucher then you will be refunded in gift vouchers to the same value.
- If the gift voucher has been purchased with other items it will only become active once the order has been fully processed and completed. In the event that some of the products are waiting on order, a Customer Service representative will be in touch to see if you require the voucher to be activated prior to the total order being completed.
- If your order consists of only gift vouchers and no additional products then they will be instantly activated once payment has been successfully made.
- Gift vouchers are issued in GB Pounds. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer gift vouchers in alternative currencies.
At Wheelies our objective is to offer the very best price possible, however, if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will aim to match that price. All prices matched will be inclusive of any delivery charges. If you would like to know whether a product qualifies for price match or not please call our sales team on 01792 583000 where they will be happy to help.
The following Price Match stipulations apply:
- The products must be identical. (e.g. size, colour, model year, brand, etc.)
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate dispatch. Any delivery charges will be taken into consideration.
- The competitor must be UK based with a UK online store and an authorised seller of the brand.
- We will not price match any 3rd party or auction sites such as (but not limited to) Amazon and eBay.
- The price to be matched must be advertised online (you must be able to provide proof of this via a URL) and it must be verifiable at the time the price match request is being processed.
- All prices to be matched must be inclusive of VAT and in pounds sterling.
- Price Match cannot be applied when the customer intends to pay using Gift Vouchers or through a V12 finance application.
- Price Match cannot be applied when a customer intends to pay with an Insurance Voucher.
- We will not price match any goods that are part of promotions such as Buy One Get One Free offers, bundles etc.
- We will not match any site which has clearly made a mistake in their pricing.
- We will not match price or refund any differences after a sale is completed.
We will try to match any competitor’s price; however, we reserve the right to decline a price match.
Wheelies website and social networking competition rules
By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by the following general rules. Any rules specific to a Competition are displayed in a notice on the page for that Competition and are incorporated into these Rules. In the event of any dispute relating to a Competition, the decision of Wheelies Direct shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Wheelies Direct reserves the right to cancel competitions, cancel or refuse any individual's entry and amend these terms and conditions.
We will use reasonable endeavour to notify entrants and potential entrants of changes.
There will be one winner selected from all of the entrants (except where a competition has multiple prizes).
Employees of Wheelies Direct and their immediate family members and employees of agencies and other partners who are contracted to Wheelies are not permitted to enter Wheelies competitions.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw in the relevant month. If any winner fails to claim their Prize within 14 days of being notified, Wheelies Direct reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. There are no cash alternatives. Wheelies reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Wheelies Direct reserves the right to use the names of winners and social media usernames in any publicity. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
By providing your details to take part in a Competition you give Wheelies permission to add this data to the marketing database. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time in the footer of each email newsletter or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request removal of your email address.
Whilst we have taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained within this website is accurate and current, we do not accept any liability for errors, omissions or changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to add, amend or delete information from this site at any time.
