Each claim is passed on to us from your insurance provider. We will use the information given with the claim, or contact you to discover more details, to determine the value of the bikes and accessories that have been lost. Our expert insurance team have access to a comprehensive database that holds details of more than 48,000 bike models sold in the UK since the 1980s. This database can be used to pinpoint the specification of your bike, which we can then translate to the closest available model. A member of our team will then contact you to let you know what bike we have selected and the equivalent value.

If your claim has been validated by your insurance provider, Wheelies will receive the claim information and then contact you to let you know that we will be sending out the bike your insurance company has determined is the best replacement for you.

If we have validated your claim, but the bike we have put forward is not what you would like, you then have the option of receiving an insurance voucher of the same value as the claim. This voucher can then be used on the Wheelies website to purchase whatever bike you choose.

Simply browse the Wheelies website and add any items you would like to your basket. When on the basket page, there will be a voucher field below the list of your selected products. Click ‘yes’ you have a voucher, then enter your unique insurance voucher code in the field and click apply. Your voucher value will then be discounted from your basket value.

Unfortunately, student discount, and all other promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with insurance voucher codes.

Of course. Once you are ready to check out, simply enter your voucher code as explained above. Your voucher value will be discounted and then you can easily pay the remaining balance. This can be done via card or PayPal, as well as on finance if the excess value of your basket is £250 or more.
