Warm feet = fast feet - With its cosy insulated fleece liner and insole, riders’ feet stay warm and dry when the temperatures drop. A resilient upper exterior offers protection from the elements with a layered, hardwearing ripstop woven fabric that resists abrasion and tearing.

Guarded against the elements - For added durability, the Nanuq’s toecap, heel and side areas have been fully reinforced with thermo-laminated PU. A BOA-controlled closure system provides a quick and accurate, micro- adjustable fit while the zippered ankle cuff ensures that the worst of the weather stays outside where it belongs.

The X2 flat outsole: trail-ready versatility - The X2 outsole enhances the versatility of our all- mountain shoe. Engineered to deliver an optimal balance between efficient pedaling performance and flexibility for comfort and control on and off the bike, the X2 outsole keeps riders covered for all those hike-a-bike moments. The compressed EVA midsole provides stability and cushioning while the Vibram rubber tread ensures grip and traction, whatever the conditions underfoot. The directional lug pattern is designed for confident footing; with the right spacing and depth to bite into softer soil, it’s made from a unique compound that’s ideal for gripping slick rocks while hiking. This flat-pedal version has a low-profile tapered tread pattern positioned at the mid-foot that allows for an immediate connection and optimal mechanical interface with the pedal pins.
