- The shackle, housing and structural parts of the locking mechanism are made of specially hardened steel
- Closing mechanism for simple connection of accessories in the lock housing
- ABUS XPlus cylinder for the greatest protection against manipulation such as picking
- In the R variant, the key remains in the cylinder when the lock is opened; in the NR variant, it can be pulled out
- Hole spacing for mounting is universally adjustable
