Merino wool is so popular with cyclists because it’s warm, breathable, feather light, fast drying and stays odour free. We use it in our socks and warmers and now in these Ksyrium Merino gloves, too.

The key to these technical merino gloves is not just the warmth they provide, but also their ability to manage your temperature as it varies throughout a ride. Merino fibres contain millions of air pockets that lock in body heat, but the fine fibres also let moisture out to prevent your hands getting sweaty. And these fibres are so soft and fine that you won’t find them itchy or prickly at all.

The gloves also have a silicon grip on the palm to improve your grip, a long elastic cuff and they’re so small and light they can work as an under glove for really cold rides – or be tucked easily into a pocket when it warms up.
