We offer Free UK Mainland Delivery on all orders over £20. Products shipped to outlying UK regions are excluded from free shipping.

Directions:

Gently massage in an upward direction for approximately 10 to 15 minutes before sports activity. The heat effect is noticed after a few minutes.
