- Great idea (but not practical!)
- Not practical at all. Bought this while i was building a bike and tried to put on the front skewer. Too many little moving parts, in particular one little rubber circle whose location is not correctly indicated on leaflet. Ended up compressing it too much in wrong place and when i went to remove the wheel it had shredded in two. Had to remove it with a knife. Then last part was still blocking the wheel so had to rescrew the whole thing and descrew, repeat several times for the whole thing to come off. Wouldn't imagine using it while touring and repairing punctures. Its too many bits you can loose as well, if you are in the middle of nowhere you're screwed. Bought a standard skewer instead and didn't try the stem screw/cap.
