Learning to ride a bike has never looked so good!

It is essential to ensure kids bikes are lightweight and easy to ride. That’s why the Specialized Hotwalk balance bike uses the same ultra-lightweight ‘A1 Premium Aluminium’ material in the frame as many of their adult bikes.

The comfortable saddle and height adjustable seatpost-handlebar give plenty of room to grow, while the low stand-over height ensures youngsters can mount and dismount the bike easily and comfortable. The Hotwalk’s chainstays extend forwards beyond the base of the seat tube, providing a secure place for kids to put their feet away from the ground.

To take things one step at a time, Specialized have refrained from fitting the Hotwalk balance bike with brakes, keeping the handlebars clutter and complication free for early learners who may not yet have the grip and strength to operate hand levers.
