Job description
Wheelies Direct is a thriving ecommerce company for the cycling and leisure goods industry based in Swansea and we are proud to boast a £30 million turnover and employ over 250 staff in total.
We are currently recruiting Claim Handlers to manage the replacement of bicycles and accessories on behalf of designated Insurance Companies. You will update our bespoke customer database with new claims, and contact policy holders. Using our existing validation services you will ascertain equivalent bicycles as per our insurance policy details. You will then arrange to replace the bicycle and accessories and despatch them to policy holders, utilising our extensive stock holding.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and have customer service or sales experience in a telephone based environment. An interest or knowledge of bicycles would also be an advantage.
Working hours
Working 40 hours per week Monday to Sunday between 8.30am - 6.30pm. Overtime as required.
