Types of finance offered
The value of your order will determine which finance options are available:
- Interest Free Credit (0%) - Available on orders over £500. Payments can be spread over 6, 12 or 24 months. A 10% deposit is required.
- Classic Credit (15.9% APR) - Available on orders over £280. Payments can be spread over 24 or 36 months. A 10% deposit is required.
Finance orders can be made from a single purchase or a combination of products (e.g. Bikes, Cycle accessories, Parts & Components etc.).
Applying for online finance
Applying for online finance couldn't be easier or more convenient using our paperless eSign process. Once you've chosen the product(s) you'd like to purchase, continue to the Checkout. If your chosen product(s) qualifies above the minimum spend of £280, you will be presented with the finance options available. Just follow the simple instructions, entering your personal details as required and V12 finance will do the rest.
How quickly will my application be processed?
Once you submit your application you will receive an instant decision usually within 10 seconds. On rare occasions, and if V12 require further information then they will contact you within normal working hours.
Once my application is approved, what happens next?
Once approved, you will be asked to complete an online identity check; once this has been validated you will be able to sign your credit agreement electronically using V12's eSign process. You will also be given the option to download a copy of your credit agreement at this point and also print a copy for your records. Once you have eSigned your agreement and completed the order we can dispatch the goods to you. There is no paper work to return to us or to V12.
What is the criteria for applying for finance?
To apply for finance you must be:
- at least 18 years of age
- a permanent UK resident
- in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self employment, or in permanent residence with your spouse/partner who is in regular employment
- in receipt of pension if you are retired
- if not in employment, you may be required to provide proof of alternative income
