The T922 and T920 braking system was designed specifically for time trial and triathlon applications where aerodynamics are as critical as endurance. These brakes can be found on the world’s most cutting edge time trial machines due to their side or center pull cable routing and unique aerodynamic edge profile. To further minimize tubulence and drag the T922/920 uses aerodynamic shrouds over the pivot bolts. The T922/920 is manufactured using TT6 forged aluminum and titanium hardware for maximum stopping power and minimum weight.

The T922.1 Shares all the features of the T922 with the addition of the extended cable noodle clip on the left side of the brake (right arm). This allows the cable noodle to be drawn closer to the frame in case of any rubbing issues with the crank.

Note: These are TRP Direct Mount, sometimes referred to as 'Road U brake', and your frame will need to be specifically designed to run the T922 brake. It is a pre-curser to Shimano Direct Mount and they are not compatible.
