Castelli's allover-reflective Reflex Shoecover is waterproof and seam sealed to keep the wet out. The fabric is breathable and has an excellent stretch for a sleek and form-fitting fit. The neoprene cuff offers a snug fit around the ankle, whether you wear it over or under your tights.
