- you can wear it upside down, using the nose metal pinched to give an airtight fit round mouth and chin, and leaving your nose free to blow, and letting your mouth stay wide for heavy breathing.
- The correct way puts pressure on my nose, and my nose dribbling inside the mask, and is not airtight. Must be designed by a bloke. Maybe my nose is too big.
