Frame: The 29er aluminium frame is a real eyecatcher, but it also makes the Hyde a lot lighter. It's a genuine all-rounder that's able to use real 29 inch tyres thanks to tweaked tyre clearances. 3D forged dropouts make it easy to attach mudguards, luggage racks and kickstands, which means the Hyde can be customised according to individual needs. There's even room for two drinking bottles, thanks to bosses mounted on the down tube and seat tube.

Features: We've equipped the Hyde with robust, tried and tested gear shifting components from Shimano's Acera groupset, with an upgrade to a Deore rear derailleur. That's 27 gear combinations at your fingertips. We've not compromised on brake technology either, evidenced by the Tektro HD-M285 hydraulic disc brake system, which ensures that you can stop reliably at all times. The frame is perfectly complemented by the light and rigid aluminium fork, which provides direct and agile handling along with plenty of tyre clearance. Schwalbe's 2.35in Big Apple tyres make the Hyde a comfortable companion when you have to speed over a cobbled section or drop down off a kerb, but also have good puncture resistance.
