Blending performance, comfort and protection, the Energy Grip Terra outsole with Contagrip rubber blocks & toe cap efficiently transfer power to the pedals, while protecting your feet from any debris or ground impacts that may occur.

Keeping your foot in place is the Ergo Fit 3D OrthoLite dual density insole, with breathable OrthoLite foam and EVA arch/heel support which also helps to absorb impacts and reduce foot fatigue. Over the top of your foot the Ergo Comfort EVA foam tongue insert follows the contours of the instep, keeping your foot snug in place.

Two Velcro foot straps with an additional quick-release Ergo Ratchet strap give you complete control over the tension of the shoe across the top of your foot, so you can decide how you want to balance the security and freedom of your feet.
