OTE Carbo Booster is designed to be used for carbohydrate loading or to increase the amount of carbohydrate in your energy or recovery drink when:

a) the intensity of your workout is high

b) in cooler weather conditions when more carbohydrate energy per given mouthful is ideal

c) the time available to take on fluid is restricted, for example in team sports or high risk situations as more carbohydrate energy per given mouthful can be gived to fuel your workout

During Exercise - use OTE Carbo Booster to increase the carbohydrate content of your energy drink during long, hard or intense exercise. Simply add 20g of OTE Carbo Booster to your energy drink.

Recovery – OTE Carbo Booster can be used to increase the carbohydrate content of your OTE Recovery Drink, should you require more carbohydrate to aid your recovery. Add a maximum 20g of OTE Carbo Booster to your recovery drink.
