Taking a lesson from the BMX book, our Halo SAS wheels make a perfect set of jump/DH wheels.
The hub and axle kit options allow these wheels to fit virtually any bike.
The SAS rim is an evolution of the proven Combat rim and comes with with double eyelets and a double system joint. They are built with our high specification sealed bearing Spin Doctor 6D Disc hubs using Black ED finished spokes.
Features:
- Halo 36mm SAS D.S.J. rims with double eyelets.
- Black ED 14g spokes and black nipples.
- Optional 36H or 48H rear wheels.
Available in White powder coat or Black anodised 'Disc' style finish rims (please note, the anodised finish rims can accept V-brakes but the brake surface finish will wear.)
Rear Spin Doctor 6-Drive:
The ultra-dependable drive system of this hub uses 6 reversed pawls,all independently sprung, and featuring double tips, giving 12 point simultaneous engagement on a 30 click Cr-Mo drive ring. Comes with 135mm x M10 QR and 142mm x 12mm thru-axle system end cones included.
Optional parts:
- 135mm x M10 bolt-in axle set.
- 135m x 12mm thru-axle system cones.
- Sram XD compatible 7050 Freehub.
