Using Gore Windstopper Fleecy lined X-Fast fabric they keep the cold wind out, while the fleecy lining traps air that retains warmth. And because X-Fast is breathable you shouldn't get sweaty feet if the temperature increases. To aid your winter cycling pleasure even more the Tempo has high stretch neoprene panels around the ankle to improve flexibility and pedaling dynamics. A stretchy neoprene back panel further aids this. The heel gets a large square of reflex and the waterproof zipper is off-set so it doesn't interfere with your pedal stroke. Designed for use with road cycling shoes only, these are not designed for walking or hike a bike activities.
