For ages 6-9: 18 inch wheels kids’ bikes usually have rim brakes and aren’t usually supplied with stabilisers, as they are suited to children familiar with riding. Most 18 inch wheel children’s bikes are single speed, but some are available with suspension, gears, or knobbly tyres, making them capable of light off-road use.
