Returns

Wheelies Direct takes every care to ensure that your ordered products arrive with you in pristine condition. All goods are carefully packaged and processed through our internal quality control department. However should any product arrive and you are not happy Wheelies Direct will attempt to remedy this as quickly as possible.

Returning unwanted or wrong goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return your item/s to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please include the returns sheet to provide us with your details and to let us know the reason for the return.

We will refund the item(s) minus any postage paid and any refund charges that may be imposed by your credit card company. You will be responsible for the returned product(s) until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you received something different from what you ordered, please return this within 30 working days in its original packaging and unused and there will be no charges.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled either by telephoning us on 01792 583000 or by e-mailing sales@wheelies.co.uk. If your order has been shipped, then a return will need to be arranged. You will be credited once the goods have been received back at Wheelies Direct.

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product has arrived with a fault or damage of any kind you should contact us on 01792 583000 to discuss the best course of action.
