By adding high volume, lightweight 2.8" tyres to our custom 40mm wide 27Plus rims we have combined the best attributes of all other wheel sizes out there - the result; a fast rolling, responsive and hugely grippy ride. The Cooker range comes equipped with tubeless ready wheelsets: designed to run off-road at low pressures, giving controlled cushioning and maximum tread without fear of punctures.

HIGH CAPABILITY.LOW MAINTENANCE

Big volume tyres and all new frame geometry ensure the Cooker copes on the roughest terrain without the need for rear suspension. Single chainrings and wide cassettes on geared models ensure there's a gear for every occasion yet maintenance is kept to a minimum. Used as a single speed Winter trainer or an easy to maintain all rounder, the Cooker 27Plus keeps you riding whatever the weather, whatever the terrain.
