The carbon-composite frame is designed with full-carbon dropouts and flex stays, which allow the vertical compliance needed for a comfortable ride without affecting road handling and performance. The full carbon fork features Merida’s double chamber technology, providing the same vibration dampening effect at the front of the bike also.

The internal cable routing on the frame & fork not only provides an aerodynamic advantage, it aesthetically maintains the bike’s clean & smooth lines front-to-rear. Although this bike has endurance racing in its DNA, it also has fittings for mudguards, so you can race on Sunday and commute on Monday.

22 speed Shimano 105 gears with an RS500 compact chainset give you plenty of choice to suit the range of terrain you’ll encounter on longer rides, while the RS785 hydraulic disc brakes provide confidence-inspiring and reliable stopping power, come rain or shine.
