The M5B is fi'zi:k's most accessible MTB shoe, inheriting many of its features from the M1 and M3B models. Its uses are many: MTBing, CX or even commuting to work. This is a comfortable and durable “do-anything” shoe that's lightweight with a carbon-reinforced nylon outsole stiff enough for most. Many agree that it's hard to find an Italian-made road cycling shoe that looks as sharp, for just £149.99! The BOA closure system is new for 2015. Why use BOA?

-Carbon-reinforced Nylon Outsole with high friction rubber treads for extra grip

-Upper made from Laser-perforated Microtex and Anti-Scratch leather for abrasion resistance (Microtex as used on fi'zi:k saddle covers: lighter than leather, very durable, good in wet conditions, breathable and cleans up well. Anti-scratch leather at the toe and heel give durability in areas that see the most wear and tear).

-BOA IP1 closure system (tri-modal: tighten, loosen and complete release)

-Neutral fit to accommodate the majority of foot shapes
