The 2014 Specialized Allez is the perfect first road bike and thanks to the high-spec components it's a more than capable race bike. Finding the correct gear shouldn't be an issue thanks to the 16 speed Shimano 2400 Claris components which supply the gearing. The frame is made from Specialized's double butted A1 Premium Aluminium, which is strong yet lightweight, resulting in a comfortable and responsive ride.
