- Discrete, unobtrusive. Great for when you have time to line up your eye to the mirror, then move your head slowly to survey what is behind, e.g. checking if you are dropping your riding partner, or checking if a car is coming when riding 2 abreast.
- Takes a while to set up. My glasses are not wrap-around, but are quite curved, and I found that I had to set the viewpoint at its max angle (angled away from my nose), but the mirror was obstructed by the glasses lens. I put both sticky pads on at once to increase the clearance which helped a bit, but I still see too much of my head!
Not so good for quick last minute checks...an over- shoulder check is quicker to do than concentrating on the mirror. Unfortunately, the placement I have chosen means my shoulder check is partially obscured by the mirror!
