Available individually or as a three-disc set, the Climbing Strength, Climbing Power, and Climbing Speed DVDs provide cyclists with specific workouts designed to improve performance on sustained climbs, deliver increased power for changes in pitch and pace, and enhance a cyclist’s agility to initiate and respond to accelerations and surges on hills of any type.
