About Wheelies Direct

The original Wheelies was established in 1982 and was acquired by its present owners in 1989. As well as running bicycle shops, we started offering our services to insurance companies and have been replacing bicycles on their behalf since 1992.

Our dedication and a continual improvement programmes meant it didn't take us long to become the market leader - and we've stayed there - often referred to as the benchmark for the replacement industry.

For policy holders this means that Wheelies makes sure they get back where they belong: on their bike. We do this with excellent service, good products and qualified building techniques.

Staff working for Wheelies are both cyclists and suits. Some ride daily, others wait for the weekend before getting on their bike for a run.

As a result of customers wanting to buy from us direct, we have revamped the website which lets you do exactly this, with the backup of our experienced customer service staff to provide advice and guidance if required.
