Wheelies offer a range of benefits to previous customers and promotional offers to both new and existing customers, these offers are not valid for items purchased as part of an insurance replacement. The following rules apply to website offers, promotions and existing customer benefits:

- Discounts are only valid until the date published.
- We reserve the right to end any website offers and promotions at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
Existing customer benefits
Where you use a valid promotional code we have issued in conjunction with your purchase, the following additional terms and conditions apply:

Wheelies may run multiple promotions at any given time. Each promotion will be subject to its own rules which must be met in order to be redeemed in the checkout. In addition to the individual promotion rules the following rules also apply:

As a company we have several divisions of the business, we are in the process of differentiating the insurance division from our mail order section. As a result of this we now have two separate websites.
The guidelines set out for validating insurance replacements are that all replacements are of like for like quality to the item/s lost and the costs are based on manufacturers suggested retail prices not sale or discounted prices.
The insurance replacement website www.wheeliesdirect.co.uk is tailored to comply with these guidelines and all prices advertised are manufacturers suggested retail prices.
All goods replaced as part of an insurance claim are sold at manufacturers suggested retail prices, however if you have exceeded the funds available towards the replacement any shortfall will be subject to the applicable discount as agreed by your insurance company. All prices on the Mail order website are not subject to any further discounting.
For this reason we will only work to the prices advertised on the Insurance replacement website www.wheeliesdirect.co.uk
Wheelies website and social networking competition rules
These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions ("Competition") featured on the Wheelies.co.uk website and Social Networking pages unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
Rules specific to each Competition are displayed in a notice on the page for such Competition ("Competition Notice") and are incorporated into the Rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Wheelies Direct Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Wheelies Direct Ltd reserves the right to (i) cancel promotions, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavour to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). At Wheelies we guarantee to only send you quality products and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send our goods out to make sure they're in perfect condition. We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. However, should you need to return an item, here is what you can do:
Returns Policy
365 Day Returns - Wrong size/colour or unwanted item
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with Wheelies. Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 you have the right to cancel your order* and return it to us for a full refund (excluding any return postage costs (if applicable)) within 7 days of receiving your order. We ask that you return all orders with their original packaging and tags still intact.
We extend your right to return your order to us anytime within 365 days of the order. If you wish to return an order as part of this offer all goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition with all tags intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing and please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. A full refund will be provided (excluding any return postage costs (if applicable)). To return your items, please see our returns procedure.

I want to cancel an order.
Cancellations prior to your order being shipped can be accepted by email (sales@wheelies.co.uk or by telephone (open 9am – 5pm).
If the order has been completed and shipped, please refuse any delivery of cancelled goods. Alternatively a return will need to be arranged using the returns procedure below. My product has arrived faulty or damaged.
We try our best to ensure items arrive in a good condition. In the rare event of a problem with your delivery, please either do not accept delivery or sign for the item as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you do not have the opportunity to inspect on delivery. You must inform us by email (sales@wheelies.co.uk) or telephone of any such problems within 7 working days. We can then take the best course of action for you and the particular item. Please note that proof of purchase is required with all potential warranty claims. I need to return a product under warranty.

I’ve received an item that I did not order.
If we sent you something you hadn't ordered, you need to notify us within 7 working days by email (sales@wheelies.co.uk) or telephone. You can return the item within 30 working days unused and in its original packaging. We will refund you the full amount of the order including any postage costs up to a maximum of £25 within 30 days. Please contact us if your return exceeds this amount.

CollectPlus offer a returns service through a network of over 4,500 participating local convenience stores throughout the UK such as Co-Op, McColls and Spar. Most CollectPlus stores are open from 8am until 9pm, 7 days a week

Step 2: Download the CollectPlus 'Free Returns Form'. Click here to download the form.
Step 3: Complete and print the CollectPlus ‘Free Returns Form’ and insert into your returns parcel.
Step 4: Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/Wheelies to create a return delivery label. Enter your email address and a PDF of the label will be sent to you to print.
Step 5: Print the label and attach it to your parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are removed or covered.
Step 6: Drop off your parcel to any of the 4,500 local stores offering CollectPlus services. To find your local CollectPlus store, visit www.collectplus.co.uk or text COLLECT and your postcode (eg. COLLECT SA1 2PD) to 84555 (*charges apply).
Step 7: You will receive proof of postage on your receipt and a code to track your return online. Please retain this receipt for your records and proof of postage.

Returning a product under the WEEE Regulations
What do the WEEE regulations mean?
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.
Shops selling new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
When you buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us either online or in-store, we will take back your old item on a like-for-like basis. This will prevent it going into a landfill site by being disposed for recycling.
Customers must return their WEEE item to Wheelies within 28 days of purchasing their new item. You can either drop the product off in-store, or send the item, clearly marked as WEEE to Wheelies at:

Disposing of electrical equipment?
There is of course no reason why you can’t drop off your old electrical equipment at a recycling site local to you, whether you have just bought a new item or want to get rid of old equipment regardless.
By taking your waste electrical products to one of the registered amenity sites, you can be confident that they will be subjected to a monitored and controlled recycling process, thereby preventing these products being sent to landfill. You can locate your closest participating collection site by entering your postcode at www.recycle-more.co.uk
How do I recognise WEEE products?
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below which will help you identify products as WEEE.
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
