Availability and pricing
All products displayed are subject to availability. A Wheelies sales representative will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are unavailable or if the item(s) are available to place on order. All prices displayed on wheelies.co.uk are subject to change without notification. While Wheelies will make every effort to ensure the prices displayed on the website are correct, prices are not guaranteed to be accurate. Prices and availability quoted on printed material was correct at time of publishing, however is subject to availability and price changes. In circumstances where prices differ to those displayed, a Wheelies sales representative will inform you before dispatching the order and you will have the option of continuing with the order or not. All product prices are inclusive of VAT.
Orders & Delivery
Wheelies offer Free UK Delivery on all orders that is normally 2-5 working days. Free UK Delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands,
Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship outside the UK. For more details please visit our

At Wheelies we guarantee to only send you quality products and we inspect everything thoroughly before we send our goods out to make sure they're in perfect condition.
We also carefully package and protect everything so that it doesn't get damaged on its way. However, should you need to return an item, Wheelies offer an outstanding
365 day returns policy as well as free returns on smaller parcels up to 10kg (Cabin baggage dimensions). For more details and instructions on how to return your item

At Wheelies, we believe that your personal privacy on the internet is important and are committed to keeping your data protected. Our
Privacy Statement sets out our current policies and practices that are all in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Wheelies offer a range of benefits to previous customers and promotional offers to both new and existing customers, these offers are not valid for items purchased as part of an insurance replacement. The following rules apply to website offers, promotions and existing customer benefits:
- Discounts are ONLY redeemable for purchases made on this website (Wheelies.co.uk)
- Discounts are only valid until the date published.
- We reserve the right to end any website offers and promotions at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you where we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
Existing customer benefits
Where you use a valid promotional code we have issued in conjunction with your purchase, the following additional terms and conditions apply:
- Discounts will only be available on order values over the amount stated in the offer.
- Only one Discount may be used per customer per transaction.
- Existing customer benefits cannot be used in conjunction with website offers and promotions.
- Customer benefits do not guarantee a discount on all products in your basket and the benefit applied will be the best we can offer up to the level of your benefit.
How can I purchase a gift voucher?
- On the gift voucher page, click ‘buy’ on the Wheelies Gift Voucher you would like to purchase. Gift vouchers are available in £10, £20, £30 and £50 denominations.
- Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive the gift voucher via email to the email address you supplied at checkout. You can then either print the voucher out or you can forward the email onto the gift recipient.
How can I use my gift voucher?
- 1. Visit www.wheelies.co.uk or mobile.wheelies.co.uk and select the product(s) you want to purchase and go to your shopping basket.
- 2. In your shopping basket, where it says ‘Have a gift voucher?’ enter the Voucher and Security code that is featured on your gift voucher.
- 3. Click the 'Apply' button and the amount shown on your gift voucher will be discounted on your total price to pay.
Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed online at www.wheelies.co.uk or mobile.wheelies.co.uk.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept gift vouchers over the telephone.
- No cash alternative can be provided.
- Unfortunately Wheelies gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with Finance options.
- For returned items where you require a refund, you will be refunded in Gift Vouchers to the same value.
- In the event of your vouchers being lost, please contact the purchaser of your gift vouchers for the voucher and security code. If the purchaser does not have these details, please ask them to contact email@example.com who will be able to re-issue the Gift Voucher. Gift vouchers can only be re-issued if they have not been redeemed.
- If the Gift Voucher has been purchased with other items, the Gift Voucher will only become active once the purchasers’ total order has been processed and completed. In the event some of the items are waiting on order, a sales representative will be in touch with the purchaser to see if they wish for the voucher to be activated prior to the total order being completed. The purchaser can check at any time on their Wheelies account to see if the voucher is active.
- Gift vouchers are issued in GB Pounds. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer gift vouchers in other currencies.
At Wheelies our objective is to offer the very best price possible, however, if you find a product cheaper elsewhere we will aim to match that price. All prices matched will be inclusive of any delivery charges. If you would like to know whether a product qualifies for price match or not please call our sales team on 01792 560 672 where they will be happy to help.
The following Price Match stipulations apply:
- The products must be identical. (e.g. size, colour, model year, brand, etc.)
- The product must be in stock with the competitor and available for immediate dispatch. Any delivery charges will be taken into consideration.
- The competitor must be UK based with a UK online store and an authorised seller of the brand.
- We will not price match any 3rd party or auction sites such as Amazon and eBay.
- The price to be matched must be advertised online (you must be able to provide proof of this via a URL) and it must be verifiable at the time the price match request is being processed.
- All prices to be matched must be inclusive of VAT and in pounds sterling.
- Price Match cannot be applied when the customer intends to pay using Gift Vouchers or through a V12 finance application.
- We will not price match any goods that are part of promotions such as Buy One Get One Free offers or bundles.
- We will not match any site which has clearly made a mistake in their pricing.
- We will not match price or refund any differences after a sale is completed.
We will try to match any competitor’s price; however, we reserve the right to decline a price match.
Website offers and promotions
Wheelies may run multiple promotions at any given time. Each promotion will be subject to its own rules which must be met in order to be redeemed in the checkout. In addition to the individual promotion rules the following rules also apply:
- Website offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with existing customer benefits.
Where a customer is eligible for customer benefits and has a website offer or promotion in the basket, the higher of the two offers will apply.
As a company we have several divisions of the business, we are in the process of differentiating the insurance division from our mail order section. As a result of this we now have two separate websites.
The guidelines set out for validating insurance replacements are that all replacements are of like for like quality to the item/s lost and the costs are based on manufacturers suggested retail prices not sale or discounted prices.
The insurance replacement website www.wheeliesdirect.co.uk is tailored to comply with these guidelines and all prices advertised are manufacturers suggested retail prices.
All goods replaced as part of an insurance claim are sold at manufacturers suggested retail prices, however if you have exceeded the funds available towards the replacement any shortfall will be subject to the applicable discount as agreed by your insurance company. All prices on the Mail order website are not subject to any further discounting.
For this reason we will only work to the prices advertised on the Insurance replacement website www.wheeliesdirect.co.uk
Wheelies website and social networking competition rules
These terms and conditions together with any specific rules set out in Competition Notices (as defined below) are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions ("Competition") featured on the Wheelies.co.uk website and Social Networking pages unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
Rules specific to each Competition are displayed in a notice on the page for such Competition ("Competition Notice") and are incorporated into the Rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Wheelies Direct Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Wheelies Direct Ltd reserves the right to (i) cancel promotions, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavour to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). Wheelies Direct Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the competition if in its sole judgment the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions.
There will be one winner selected from all of the entrants.
Employees of Wheelies Direct Ltd and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter Wheelies competitions.
The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw in the relevant month. Wheelies Direct Ltd decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. If any winner fails to claim their Prize within 14 days of being notified, Wheelies Direct Ltd reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There are no cash alternatives. Wheelies reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. Wheelies Direct Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any lost or undelivered entries/posts.
Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Wheelies Direct Ltd reserves the right to use the names of winners and social media addresses in any publicity. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Wheelies Direct Ltd for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Wheelies Direct Ltd to operate competitions in a consistent manner.
Wheelies Direct Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. Wheelies Direct Ltd is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.
Newsletter Prize Draw
The prize draw will commence at 00.00 GMT on the 1st of every month and will close at 23.59 on last day of every month. Only one entry
per person is permitted.
By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about Wheelies
Direct Ltd promotions, products and news. Wheelies Direct Ltd complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act
to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with
any third parties for marketing purposes.
Winners of the prize draw agree to take part in publicity related to the Promotion, including but not limited to social media sites such
as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
Employees of Wheelies Direct Ltd and their immediate family members are not permitted to enter the prize draw.
