Wheelies Direct is the Insurance Replacement Department of Wheelies and was established to replace bicycles on behalf of insurance companies nationwide.

Our Location
We’re very fortunate to be based in South Wales, an area of outstanding natural beauty and home to many of the UK’s best mountain bike trails. Our HQ is on the outskirts of Swansea allowing easy access for our delivery trucks and vans.

We have a dedicated customer service team in our Swansea head office and employ trained Cytech mechanics to ensure your cycle is built to British Standard BS6102.
We offer free delivery on all products and an extended warranty service in most cases.
